22 apartments planned for Tullamore

A TOTAL of 22 apartment type dwellings are being planned for the Riverside area of Tullamore.

It's proposed the apartments will cover three storeys and provide for bicycle stores, car parking, internal roads and paths.

A new riverside walkway along the Tullamore river and the widening of an existing laneway to construct a new roadway, footpath, cycle path and new boundary wall, railings and a relocated entrance to the adjoining training centre will be developed.

The plan also provides for a new footpath to the existing bridge over Tullamore river.

The application is in the name of Cayenne Holdings Limited.
