Exchequer Returns Continue to Support Case for Significant Growth in Capital Expenditure
4th January 2018
Commenting on the release of yesterday’s (3rd January 2018) Fiscal Monitor, Ian Talbot, Chief Executive of Chambers Ireland said,
“The strong taxation performance recorded for the year of 2017 is a welcome indicator of continued economic growth and stability.
Reflecting on these results, the case to increase investment in infrastructure and public services remains very strong.
This would consolidate Ireland’s current business environment as we evolve our economic strategy to enable us to continue to grow strongly even as we face future uncertainties."
