Specsavers for Patrick St

SPECSAVERS Opticians are planning to move into the former offices of Barry Cowen TD on Patrick Street, Tullamore.

The high-street retail chain is giving notice of its intention to seek planning permission to renovate 1 Patrick Street.

The development will consist of works to replace existing fascia, signage and projecting sign to provide new aluminium fascia with externally illuminated logo pod and lettering and projecting sign. A material change of use from Barry Cowen Constituency Office to a Specsavers Opticians. Specsavers have over 50 outlets around Ireland.
